Colin Coolican

President

Mr. Coolican joined Conwest in 1980 following 11 years as an associate and partner with McCarty Tetrault.

At Conwest, he was Executive VP and had general management responsibilities for parts of the mining and oil and gas divisions and finance.

In 1990 he became responsible for the hydropower division at Conwest and is a founding shareholder of Regional Power, when Regional Power assets were acquired from Conwest.

David Carter

Executive Vice President

Mr. Carter was actively involved in the “small hydro” business from 1973 and is a founding shareholder of Regional Power.

Prior to joining Conwest, Carter was the President of Sunridge Power and Electrogen; both involved in small hydro development and operations.

While at Sunridge Power, he acquired the Dryden plants that were subsequently sold to Conwest.

Mr. Carter is a founding member of the Ontario Waterpower Association (OWA) and was honored in 2005 with the Ron Dodokin Award presented by the OWA for his outstanding contribution to the advancement of the waterpower industry.

Chris Lambeck

Vice President & CFO

Prior to joining Regional in 2007, Mr. Lambeck was a Managing Director, Project Finance with Manulife Capital.

Since 1994 he has focused on providing and arranging project financing for infrastructure projects. During that period he was directly responsible for investing $850 million and arranging the investment of a further $1.7 billion in independent power projects.

Mr. Lambeck is responsible for EPA procurement, JV opportunities and all financing and accounting requirements of Regional.

James Carter

Vice President, Development & Operations

Mr. Carter, through Regional, has been in the business of developing and operating hydroelectric generating facilities since 1997.

He is responsible for all the development, permitting and operating requirements in Regional Power.

Nicolas Dhillon

Vice President, Engineering and Construction

Prior to joining Regional in 2008, Mr. Dhillon held senior management positions with Frontier-Kemper and Fru-Con.

He held project management and project engineering positions with Walter Construction/Delcan and Aecon (Continental-Foundation JV). His experience includes planning, design, engineering, cost estimating and construction of hydroelectric facilities, transit systems, tunnels, shafts, buildings, dams and bridges with a total value of more than $8 billion.

Mr.Dhillon is responsible for all the engineering and construction requirements of Regional Power.
