There are 5 non-contracted Greenfield Developments with a total estimated capacity of 108 MW.  Two developments, Port Cartier and Ucona River have received some of the required permitting.  The other three are in pre-development stage awaiting permitting.

Pre-Development

Site access rights have been obtained for 3 sites with a total estimate capacity of 31 MW.

Permitting has not yet been initiated and EPA or procurement program are still to be determined for:

• Misery Creek (capacity 20 MW Regional ownership: 100%)
• Sechelt Lake (capacity 5 MW Regional ownership: 100%)
• Wawatay Expansion (capacity 6 MW Regional ownership: 100%)
